Being coaches daughters the girls have been going to sporting events since before they even knew what they were and for the most part couldn't tell you anything that happened during the game. I'd say starting this school year though Makaylie has become more interested in actually watching & enjoying watching basketball. I've been impressed that she's picked up on the things she has, she even has a favorite player on the OU's team, #25 Whitney Hand. We don't expect her to ever play at that level, but if she enjoys it & looks up to players like that, who's to say its not possible one of these days.
Unfortunately, she does have part of my genes & that might be a problem in holding her back lol!
